Tim Britton: Lead Pastor
Pastor Tim came to Conway Nazarene in September of 2013. Prior to serving as our lead pastor, Tim served for over 15 years in student ministry in North Carolina and the Chicago area. Pastor Tim is passionate about preaching God's Word with clarity and relevance to reach people far from God and challenge the people of God. In his spare time Pastor Tim loves spending time with his family (Wife: Nicole, Son: Brady, Daughters: Caroline & Addison). He also enjoys cycling, reading great books while consuming large amounts of bold coffee.
Brian bowers: Children's Pastor
Brian joined us in one of the most interesting times--during the pandemic. Brian comes to us with experience and love for children’s ministry. He has served in Arkansas, West Virginia, Iowa, and now back in Arkansas. He graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with his MA in Children, Youth, and Family Ministry and was ordained while serving on the Iowa district. He has a wife (Ashley) and three daughters (Ruth, Rose, Ruby).
GabRiel Cox: Worship/Creative arts director
Gabriel joined Conway Nazarene staff in the spring of 2023. He, and his wife Anna, along with their children Gabriana and Copeland, moved to Conway from Carthage, MO where they served Carthage Nazarene for 5 years. Gabriel has gathered 10+ years of worship and creative arts experience through stops at Camp Table Rock, Beebe Nazarene (where Gabe and Anna are originally from), Carthage Nazarene, and now here at Conway!
Terrin garber: Youth pastor
Pastor Terrin joined the Conway Nazarene staff in the Summer of 2021.
He and his wife, Reagan, along with their daughter, are excited to be a part of the CN family.
Ashley Bowers
Ashley is our office administrator and wife to Pastor Brian. She helps and leads in many areas within the church and we are grateful for her heart of service.
